I've had a lot of time for introspection lately, free time to think be it at my job or in my home. I've been troubled for a little while now in regards to it all, the things I've considered and where my mind has let me wander. Taking a break from game will open up a lot of free time and unload a LOT of stress. If your gamer friends can't hang with you outside game, then you need new friends that will. That is a perfectly normal, mature, and healthy attitude to have so keep it up ( ... )

If you want my honest answer I don't find P90X... all that bad. Yes it's hard. yes you get sore. But I feel AWESOME and it's giving me tons of confidence. I'm not going to end up looking like Bay Watch off it yet... and I've also found that i need to be okay with taking breaks and not finishing the full sets at start because I"m simply out of shape. I am, however, really feeling accomplished that we're managing it.

Even if I couldn't get off the floor tonight to do a sit up because my stomach muscles rebelled after Monday.

If I can recommend... it sounds like you have a good handle on things. Take one step at a time honey. No one ever really, i think, feels life is perfect most of the time. Start with the small things you can fix and then go from there. We lurves you.

You can do it hun! If you're worried about the long days making you more likely to stray from healthier eating, make sure to make enough to have leftovers in the fridge so that even if you don't feel like cooking, you have something healthy at home.
