Oh, you had me guessing who was who. I'm glad to say I got it right. A double for Jim, amnesia for the both of them. Who paid the clinic bills I have to wonder?
Interesting story and it felt right that they'd grown past the point where they could just return to their old lives.

Thank you, Laurie!
I know there are some questionable questions but explanations just didn't fit in the story. I have a couple of side stories in mind :-)

Thank you! I thought that it's ideal situation for Jim to forget his insecurities and fears.

This was very interesting, I enjoyed reading it a lot. Your descriptions of place are very evocative, I could picture these settings very clearly.

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm not a painter to my regret, so I'm trying to paint pictures in words :-)

I'm very glad that grieving Jim was an impostor. And so glad that our guys are still together, whatever their states of memory. :-)

Absolutely fascinating read... a bit hard to follow at times, but I am betting that was intentional. *g* Very well written, thank you so much for sharing.

keep penning,

Thank you very much! I'm glad you liked it. It wasn't intentional from the beginning but the story itself made it intentional (I had to re-write better half of the second part twice) :-)
