Prefecturals are over. We placed third, which means we move on to Kantou. Quite an improvement over the team from last year. Better yet, I took all my games! Every single one! Bad news is Ayasegawa-senpai wants to put me into Singles 1. No way. Singles 1 hardly ever gets a chance to play.
So, do I be a team player and warm the bench for almost every

Plus I'm trying to convince either Akira or Akaya to play mixed doubles with me at the JTA. I'm not sure who'll yell most. ^_~

That ought to be interesting. Do either of them seem interested?

I haven't talked to Akira about it yet. I mentioned it to Akaya last time I saw him online. He's worried about the JTA interfering with the school tournaments.
It's too bad we don't get to do mixed doubles through the schools.

Hey, if you do all the work, you should be allowed to participate in whatever tournament you want. I know you can do it, I expect your name in lights or the tennis equivalent of lights.
Almost got a trace on Zack.

Well, generally (but not always) the best player on the team is reserved for Singles 1. They don't always get to play because if the team wins 3 out of 5 matches, they win. I've watched my brother sit out many a tournament. So, you see, since it's about the team, I really shouldn't be so greedy.
Good! We need to get him back. I hate to think what that bastard's doing to him.

Aww forget greed, there's nothing wrong with doing what you love :)
I'll get him back. I promised the Doctor I wouldn't kill him. But that's a one-time offer, because I'm in his debt. So if I were the Master, I'd find a nice hole and stay there, he'll be incredibly sorry if he gets on my bad side again.

^_^ Thanks, but I don't want to hurt the chances of the team going as far as it can. It wouldn't be fair to everyone else. Though, really.... Hmmmm. I'll think on it.
Good. I feel sorry for the Doctor. Jack said he'd be "alone" if the Master dies, but how many people does he have to hurt before he's stopped? How are Aerith and Meggie holding up?

That's right. I live in Tokyo, though I grew up in Kyuushu. You?

I live in Japan with my Beloved.

Really? Where? Tokyo has a lot to offer, but it's too urbanized for my tastes.

But I learned a lot with the others, teaching and bringing them along. We got a few new--older--players when the high school opened. It's been fun.

That's good to hear. It's important to be able to get along.

Oh, yeah. Soccer and baseball are huge Fudomine sports--especially soccer. So all the popular guys are on the team (that is, the team made them popular). Stupid girls. I had the worst offenders do suicides in front of the guys. It's hard to look alluring when you're sucking air and puking.
It was a great experience. The middle school teams doing real well. I can look at that and know I had a lot to do with it.

Also. ...You're sure it won't interfere with school tournaments? 'Cause I'm up for it.

It won't! You pick and choose what you want to enter, just like you will when you're pro. I wouldn't do anything that would mess with my team either. You should know that.
