My least favourite video this year:
We Are. It just didn't quite live up to what I originally envisioned.

Premiering at VVC just doesn't agree with me. It always ends in disappointment. :P

I prefer to chalk that up to a problem with the audience, because I F**KING LOVE "We Are"! You can ask Lithy, and she will tell you that I don't like how most people vid TSCC, because I feel that they are fundamentally misinterpreting the show, but I love what you did with WA.

ETA; And yes, I know that that sounds really snobby of me. :P

haha, no judgment on snobbishness here. :) That's very kind of you to say, thanks.

I don't think it's a problem with the audience - I got very positive in-person feedback for both 45 and We Are. It's just that I get so caught up in making something "VVC-friendly" and "worthy" of the Premieres show that I put a ton of pressure on myself. In the future I might try to just vid normally, without even thinking about VVC, and submit whatever it is I'm working on in May/June to Premieres. Easier said than done, of course.
