aldkjfaoejw Why did it end? I wanted that to go on forever, tyvm. Completely love how you wrote the soul bonding and them in each other's minds and the pain at being apart and how Merlin showed up and was all clinging to him, oh my heart. So delightful.

At first, love-making is nothing short of terrifying. The first time Merlin goes down on him, all lips and spit and tongue and teeth, awkward and endearing, Arthur is so overwhelmed, wound tight with love and lust and desperation, Merlin’s thoughts and desire and adoration thrumming through him, that he comes within moments, spilling into his lover’s mouth so that he chokes, swallows some and wipes the rest from his lips and chin with the side of his hand.

AH. THAT. Is very lovely. The whole build-up to this was wonderful. And then you totally delivered. So beautiful.

A bond!fic, that is absolutely lovely. I can understand Arthur's hesitation because we all know how loyal Merlin could be. More from this verse, please? I would love to see how they develop their new skills as soul mates!
