Summary: Six days ago, Tony was kidnapped while tracking down a serial killer. With no clues on the murders and no clues on the kidnapping, the team is at wits end. But at the turn of the seventh day, Gibbs gets a visit from someone most unlikely - Tony.
Author's notes: 45 000 words in less than a month, yay me. This started out as me wanting to write a partly supernatural NCIS fic, and then it just grew a little longer than I’d first planned, because my muse kept attacking me - I thought I’d end up on about 20 000 words. A thousand thanks to my beta, Triskellion, who’s helped me make this fic make sense. All remaining mistakes are mine (and if you point them out, I’ll probably fix them). As far as timeline goes, this is some time in the middle of a fictional season six, as I started writing this before season six began airing. As such, the Last Man Standing/Cloak/Dagger storyline has not happened.
Will be updated when I have time; the whole thing is written and finished. I really, really hope you’ll all enjoy this.
