i just looked at my mailing list email history and realized i send out too many emails. i have to be more organized. from now on i will send out an email once a week, outlining upcoming events and acknowledging the previous week's events. I will make a day for this

I don't think day of the week matters, just it's relation to the news it holds... like if you have a show on a Friday, a week to two weeks in advance would be good.
