I'm trying NaNoWriMo for the first time this year, and I don't think I have as much total as you have in this one chapter. Plus, I keep jumping around because I know the basics of what I want to happen, but I'm having a hard time putting it all together, so I'm just writing down whatever is in my head before I forget it (which means I sometimes end up sneaking and writing at work) and try to put it all together later.
That's a great idea--just do what you can, you know? At the very least you have a sketch of what you'd like to write, and that's never a bad thing! Good luck--you might catch fire these last few days!
