Let the war begin

*It's 7 am and John is already awake, making breakfast. After an evening of thinking up pranks - and enlisting the children to help with ideas - John had settled on a simple, yet irritating one to begin with. Nothing as horrific as what Peter had done, of course (he wasn't that mean) but enough to let the other man know the war had started. It had

*After texting Sally, John had decided to take up one of her ideas. He buys a large number of plastic cups and finds a stapler. He sets about making a large array - large enough that Peter cannot step over it, even in two bounds in any direction. Once complete (it takes longer than he thought), he fills the each cup with water.*

*The combined weight of all that water make the structure impossible to move without magic and with it being so large, the only way Peter could get around it would be to drink the water or flood Miles' home.*

*John smirks to himself and then focuses. Peter's wards probably aren't strong enough to stop this getting though, but John doesn't want to end up with half the number of water-filled plastic cups emptying on his head.*

*Luckily, the structure makes its way through and lands just outside Peter's bedroom door while he sleeps inside.*

*John just hopes Peter has a door that opens inwards into his room and not out into the hall...*
