about the lost icons, i havent seen so pretty icons since a long time. sometimes it just seems to me that iconmakers just crop a pic and it's done :/

you're right, you see a lot of icons around made that way; sometimes it suits the image, but most of the time it remains simply a cropped picture, not an icon :/
