Early this morning I recieved the exciting news that my wonderful Wuffy has aqquired his flight tickets from Atlanta to London. I can't wait! Now there's no more fears of it not going ahead, I can lay out some dates and ask you, my friends, when you are free as we would like to visit various parts of the country, I certainly want to show Kai as

That is wonderful news for you indeed! I know I mentioned that I was interested in doing something after ConFuzzled this year. But the reality of other vacation time needed for different trips cut into my travel time this year for ConFuzzled this year. Mylo and I arrive Thursday morning, manly this is for me to adjust for the 6 hour time difference. And we both depart on Tuesday morning. So it is possible to do something for the rest of the day on Monday. I not made any hotel arrangements yet for Monday night since it I still had not fully planned it all out as of yet. Granted we could easily stay another night at the CF venue location. I also can do some research on my family tree in Blackburn, so if your off to some far distance place right after CF I'll still have somthing todo.

I haven't booked the trains for ConFuzzled yet. We're due to arrive Friday lunchtime and well for departure we were considering maybe late afternoon on the Monday so we could take some time out and show Kai more of the city. Could certainly consider taking another night to extend it to Tuesday, could try and get a room together, suspect it'd be cheaper. Be great to catch up with you both, since I won't be at EF myself.

Indeed considering the car for Scotland/Wales and some other sites not near the towns. Certainly the major towns & cities are easily reached by train, but that's why I am asking friends when they might be free.

Still there's also coaches and such too, I remember going by bus a few places in the States, wasn't bad at all. I'll have my lover for company so won't be bored at all.

Indeed, that place was awesome, visited about 5 years ago. Also looking for a 'base' for some excursions into the Peak District and other cities in Yorkshire. :)

Plus, be nice to talk about the transatlantic relationships, since we'll be wanting to try and begin organising something if we do (as we hope) get along well together IRL.
