A wiki update, for those interested :D

I've managed to add the info about Aya's weapon back + *mention* his past with Kritiker. They wouldn't let me update the info from character bios back though. They undo my update, I undo their undo, then they undo my undo of their undo, so I started a discussion on the talk page. They responded to me, but

Ha, at least the person finally agreed to responding SOMETHING. I think their attitude is pretty elitist. "This is an encyclopedia, not a fansite." *lol* Well, people have different ideas on what is the purpose of wikipedia, I suppose. The fun thing about community owned enterprises such as that is that there isn't really a moderator that should have the final word. Enough people say yay -- the nay-sayers will have to leave the building.

If I had more time, I might get involved in that discussion with the dude. XD

An encyclopedia where you can no longer learn that Omi was kidnapped and his father refused to pay ransom. The others' profiles explain how/why they became Weiss. Again, there is little logic in the person's edits

I just honestly don't understand that dude, at all. I would also like to know how that entry has got itself tagged (for trivia and excessive detail I think)... anyway, I really hope he'd just go away. :P

Also I really don't actually like the Schwarz bios. :) The first sentence in Crawford's makes me go WTF, I think it could use some stylistic editing so as to sound a little less like conjecture and more like fact...

...all this has really started to get me want to work on that website though, for Schwarz at least. I don't think I'd have the drive to create a site that would include all of Weiss stuff too, but I'd like to have one that would at least give all the details for Schwarz. No one could delete THAT, at least. But I'd still like to have a proper site that would include everything for Weiss too.

The entry was tagged in 2009, and only the plot summary was 'too long or excessively detailed'. I'm not even sure where that plot summary is, lol, I don't think it's still too long-- perhaps someone edited it already? But I'm not sure how the entry can be 'untagged' of some of those. I agree with the other tags, but I think that I've already fixed this part 'Its lead section may not adequately summarize its contents' (before it was stated that WK isn't a series, but an anime which really doesn't summarize the contests well)

Schwarz profiles certainly have to be cleaned up/rewritten. They are a bit of a mess... But at least Nagi's and Farfarello's include a lot of important info :)

I cheer on you with that Schwarz website. It's okay if it's just for Schwarz, it shows how much you like the boys. WK fans need more good WK places! I know that your website would be awesome-- fun and informative.

I don't think there was a war over the leader thing. It was stated in Aya's profile that 'while Omi is the official leader, Aya has a lot of control over the team during Weiss's missions' -- well, not exactaly, but something like that. It was deleted, no problem.

I agree with everything you wrote. A lot of people agree, it seems. It's sad that because of one person (or two? the IP address changed at some point but it still points at someone from the USA, just from a different city) can have so much power of the wiki. I'm sorry but I have a life, and I'm not going to play a deleting war with them... If they at least were using a login, they could get banned, if this continued, I think. I just realized that wiki's system sucks.

I've an impression it's something personal. Considering how no one cared about the WK wiki for two years (it was such a mess before my first edits-- "Jay Farfarello", just one of examples), then I post about working on this, and suddenly someone comes deleting stuff.

Oh wow, you really did start working on a good WK website! Looks great :D I like that pic of the boys. Maybe genkischuldich would let you host his translations for Schreient and Momoe-san? The Meeting and his chronology, but only if you want these there. I know you like the manga.

I do love the manga! I love the art and it also gives Yohji/Aya shippers a lot to squee about. But I also love the drama CDs and everything else. I want it all on there.

The date on all of those files on my website is from the summer of 2007. I can't believe it was that long ago that I started it. That was before I started school.

Youji is quite yaoi-friendly in the manga, isn't he? XD The manga gives Youji/Omi shippers a lot to squee about too. Argh, and I *have to know* when they argue about in that picture from the novel. I hope weisskreuz. ru will share those translations soon!

Yay for 'everything there' :D This is what is important, I think. That everything WK is one place.
