Some of you probably have heard of those all natural deodorant recipes-- deodorant made with baking soda and corn starch. The recipes vary a bit, but baking soda always is the main ingredient. Well, I just wanted to confirm that that cheap, non-toxic thing works (at least for me). I don't stink :'D I started using it a few days go. Please consider giving it a go, rather than putting often harmful chemicals on your beautiful body ;)

This is what my deodorant looks like ;D (about as lovely as vomit, I know)

It's yellow because I used olive oil. Coconut oil usually is recommended, but some recipes don't include any oil at all-- I personally prefer my deodorant as a paste. I also used potato starch instead of cornstarch. My full list of ingredients: baking soda and potato starch (about the same amount), olive oil (just enough to get a thick paste), a few drops of eucalyptus oil (a bad choice! next time I am going to use lavender or ylang-ylang or nothing). Feel free to experiment-- some put just a mix of baking soda and cornstarch on their damp skin.
