The fun thing was that I was actually rereading "Feast" and came across that sentence, thought; 'Hmm...this reminds me of something' - and spent the next HOUR looking through the books. ;D
BTW - another thing that struck me, and that wasn't as fun, was the way Cersei in "Feast" kept juxtaposing Jaime and Robert. Once in a conversation with Taena, and later when comparing beards. It might mean nothing of course, but I found it very ominous.
