To say the least, it was an eventful day. I believe moments like this need to be recorded, even for a lazy blogger like myself...

Those who know me well have likely heard me, at one time or another, proudly state "I have never struck a person in anger." Today that changed.

Dont think that because of your actions you are anything like him. You stood up to what sounds like a lifetime of bullying and drew a line in the sand. I am proud to know you.

Thanks. I never once thought I acted like him. I'm just a little miffed that I can't brag about never having struck someone in anger anymore. It was worth it though. I am not sorry and would do it again. I think next time I'll take off my belt and put him over my knee.

I am not a fan of violence (I know, funny for a woman who whips people for money) either, but it sounds as if that was called for. I hate to use the old "some people just need to be smacked" or "he was asking for it" cliches but they are cliches for a reason...some people do need to be hit, if for no other reason than to get their attention.

I love you too girl. I'll be driving back tongiht and I'm coming straight to your house, hopefully I'll get there before everyone leaves. I'm leaving here around 6 or 7, as soon as the sun goes down so I should be there by 11ish. I miss you guys so please have some hugs waiting for me.

Thanks girl. Sadly I'm back home and back to the 50 hour work weeks. *sigh* No rest for the weary I suppose.
