I won't lie. It's not the prettiest thing. But I think it would definitely be tasty.

Hm... I love cranberries but I have never used them in muffins. I wonder why not :\

Yes. I do agree that it's not pretty. I told my cousin to get and I called it "the weird looking thing on the stove"

I have a bunch of half & half, but no heavy whipping cream. I'd love to do this with some great pumpkin muffins I picked up, but not sure if there's a way I can sub/make this work. Any suggestions?

Half & Half would probally work.
