Pumpkin Challah

I used a Martha Stewart recipe, and the only thing I did differently was use 25% bread flour. Oh, and I didn't have enough egg yolks for the wash, so I just used some egg whites.

This bread tasted much better the morning after I made it. I plan on making some french toast with it tomorrow...oh, the anticipation!
