Mexican Brownies

This is a popular brownie choice in my house and terribly easy to make!
The end result is not super sweet and is more of a cake-like texture than a gooey brownie, but the flavour bursts thanks to the cinnamon addition.
These are wonderful served with ice cream, or frosted, if desired.
