Easy recipe suggestions for bake sale.

Hello Bakers!

I was asked to set up a bake stand at my university's student bazaar in November.
I have in mind 4 recipes already, which are: Vegan chocolate cake, Vegan orange and poppyseed cupcakes, Choc chip cookies and Lemon cupcakes. These are kind of my go to recipes that are easy to make, but I would like to have a little more variety.

Don't forget that you can make things like banana bread or pumpkin bread or zucchini bread and slice it and wrap it in plastic wrap. It is easy and makes a good amount of servings.

This is one of my favorite go-to bake sale cookies -- they're fast, easy, and DELICIOUS. I won a "best chocolate" award in one bake sale I submitted them to. :)

We have a bake sale once a year and by far the favorite is always big oatmeal raisin cookies!

Plain sugar cookies or snickerdoodles are pretty cheap and quite popular. You can 'amp them up' by incorporating finely grated citrus zest and/or swapping some of the cinnamon for cardamom, nutmeg, or allspice.

Dry meringue kisses are the cheapest thing I can think of (egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar or lemon juice) BUT I'd make sure to used a cooked meringue recipe or pasteurized egg whites if you're handing them out just to allay fears of salmonella.
