From Wiki:
The United States dairy product known as half and half is a mixture of one part milk to one part cream.[1]
sorry, I had to google b/c while I grew up putting it in my coffee I really didn't know what made it different from cream, hope that helps. : )

Thanks! I dont have this where i live do you think i could use full fat milk instead? or make my own with full fat milk and cream? Is it full fat milk Thats used in it?

Sorry to jump in with my 2 cents, but half and half is much richer than full fat milk. I would try making my own half and half
