I love lemon cupcakes and made some last month. yours look so yummy. I think lemon cupcakes are the best because they are so fresh and I always feel summery.

I'm intrigued by this; the cupcakes I've made previously are all based on a sponge recipe; so the butter and sugar are creamed together and then eggs and flour added, to make a fairly stiff batter, so this method is quite a departure, but it sounds delicious, and I do love lemon cupcakes!
