these are soft, somewhat spoungy. Have you ever had a muffin that has a lot of pumpkin in it? Or anything pumpkin fat free with lots of pumpkin? It's kind of like that. I've been eating them everyday, and I like them more and more. Soft, but with nuts in them so you get a different texture. Also I'm not a huge raisin fan, but in these I'm really enjoying getting a bite with a raisin since it adds sweetness. These overall aren't that sweet. I'd say just sweet enough. Anyway, a long answer to a short question!

(Though I'm not a fan of raisins -- can't stand 'em, LOL -- so I'd probably skip that part or substitute something else for those.)

These sound great and my kids would love them. Some of my kids are not big on raisins so I would probably used dried cranberries. Can't wait to try them.

just how filling are these cookies? I work for 4 hours before a break at work, running around... is 1 enough?
