Did you intend these to be part of the theme contest? Also, I *think* your piicture outside the cut might be over 500px? I can't be sure because I checked to mod cue on my phone so I let it through anyway, but if it is if you could resize it that would be great.

Whoops, yes, sorry and done! LJ scrapbook is still tripping me up. I hate when they fix things.

Those look great! I love ginger, but I've always found just eating bits of it (even candied) to be a little too much. This looks like an awesome thing to do with them!
