Blueberries: THE SEQUEL!

First off, thank you everyone who replied. To give a little more backstory, I wanted to clean out my freezer and there was a bag of blueberries from 2010 and two boxes of puff pastry I never used for a separate project. Those look tasty! I wonder if you could have stored them separately for later eating. Usually when I make something like this with puff pastry, I put them together as they are being eaten. So maybe another tip?

Oh, I did. The pastry's still in an air tight container and the fillings are in the fridge. It's just... no one wants to eat them hahahaha. Oooh well.

That's strange. You may be able to salvage the puff pastry then by crisping it in the oven a bit, sounds like it just got a bit of moisture in it. If not, you could always use the blueberry sauce on pancakes. And, you can always reheat the berries and let them thicken a little more.

I have a bag of blueberries from 2010 (and 3 more from 2011) and some leftover frozen puff pastry as well, must try! Plus I need to make room for 2012's blueberry stash.
