I do not know this "Weight Watchers" system, but, I'm happy to hear it fits within your caloric budgetary needs! Most of my desserts that I've modified/developed are low carb-low calorie. Glad you like it!
I can't decide whether to try this or not! I love love love oats but I am pretty happy with my oatmeal & protein powder & spices NOT baked! (Also I am impatient in the morning and in a hurry to get my breakfast in!)
I'd love to see some more recipes though. I have recently started experimenting with recipes using protein powder as I am also keen to get more protein into my meals. :)

Perth is great! I grew up there, but live on the other side of the country now (somewhere COLDER since I love Canada! really! Lived over there for most of a year.) but do visit at least once a year.
Seriously, when I was bodybuilding over the winter, it's ALL I ate for breakfast. Now that I'm leaning out, I just eat it for dessert when I can't handle the need for sugar any longer. :)
