Shakshouka, for the uninitiated, is basically baked eggs (yum) in tomato sauce (yum). Somewhere in the evolution of this dish, meat was added for the carnivores. this looks amazing! i just love eggs :) and yes i think you should totally post more of your mom's cooking. my mom's a good cook too(though i think most ppl would say that lol) and i think that kinda spoils us a bit and makes our dads quite fussy!(i'm just assuming your dad's like mine)

Oooh this looks amazingly yummy! I'm not daunted at all by the list of ingredients since that's what I normally work with everyday (when in Asia...LOL!). I definitely have to try this! Thank you!
