Sugar-Free Cake Mixes and Wilton-type Decorator Icing

Hey everyone,

I'm new to the community and I have just started taking a Wilton method cake decorating course. I have made some pretty and delicious things, like this (I'm just a beginner, LOL)... but I'm the only one eating them! Pillsbury has Sugar-free labelled products and Reduced-sugar labelled products.
The Sugar-free line looks like it's brand new. I've used the Reduced cake mixes and frostings. I'd skip the frosting...make your own. The big problem is finding a store which stocks it (the popular combination is yellow cake and fudge frosting and no other selection unless you ask the manager to special order it).

I think also there's a small-box mix (both cake and frosting) that has been on the market for a long time. I wanted to say Jiffy but it's not listed. But I did find a Sweet N Low box mix so maybe that's what I was thinking of. Have not tried that one myself.
