Probably an odd question, but are you using the American or the Euro/Australian version of milk way bars?

I'm in Aus and our Milky Ways are ... different.
Are the American ones like Mars bars or something? They look like it from the pic. Looks yummy anyway!

Real Milky Ways are awesome. You could probably make this cake just with them, it'd just be without the caramel, but that would work I think?

It probably would work, because the stuff in the mars bar that isnt caramel is basically a milky way, I think. Maybe not as soft as a milky way. Mmmm and you can get white chocolate milky ways, that could be a nice cake experiment!
