sorry - i dont actually know how to do that... i pressed the 'lj cut' thing for (recipe) but i dont know what else to do =S

I like the sound of this.

Is it okay to put the filling in the pastry case while the filling is still hot or will that make the pie turn out soggie?

yeah - im too impatient to wait so I used a hot base and it was fine =)
