Birthday Cake and Blueberry Bread Pudding!

Hi! Long-time community watcher, first time poster here with a little September yummy contribution. Lots of birthdays over the last couple of weeks so I've been making some cakes. Also, I bought some lovely wild blueberries when going up to Maine to visit my sister and froze them, which really helped when I was making this:

Huh, bread pudding that doesn't require a ton of eggs. I might need to try that. Would you say it's pretty open to modifications and mix-ins?

I would say so. It seemed to hold up well to the modifications I made (with the agave nectar, etc...).

If I do it again, I'm leaving out the splash of milk so it's a little thicker...Oh, I also forgot to put this above, but I sprinkled raw sugar on the top of it before it went in the oven, which made a nice texture combo to the soft pudding.

That red velvet is AMAZING. It's so pretty!!

And I LOVE bread pudding - I just made two kinds in the last few days myself!
