Thank you, web host company, for not sending me renewal email reminders so I could pay for my domain name and website again. Now it's all gone and I have to write you a service ticket to get this problem solved.

Ouch. >_o Hopefully you still have your information and coding saved, right? If not, then I can certainly relate because it's happened to me dozens of times... (losing important information to random fails, that is).
