What I'm getting from that is email them again if you want them to email you confirming they received payment. ie they don't automatically send receipts, you gotta ask if you want one. o_o

Yeah, don't worry, it just means that they don't normally send out payment info. They usually tell you when it's been shipped though.

Strange, this is the reply I received when I let them know I sent payment.

Thank you for the notification of your payment.
We’ll send your items as soon as they can be prepared.
It takes about a week to be prepared if your item was out of stock in our office.
