The notes I took during the second half of the presentation. I recorded the whole thing (and intend to give one of the officers involved a copy - because he will go a fun shade of red and I'm mean), but I also typed up some of the notes from the powerpoints and what was being said.

Y'know, policing outside of the US is so different. It's like, civilized and stuff. I love my country, but man, there's a lot of broken things here...*sadface*

Strangely enough, this particular cop is actually an American with Residency. And he has been partnered with another American under much the same circumstances.
This guy used to be an American cop too.
Can you say 'had his police cruiser shot out from under him'?
Now? He doesn't let ANYBODY approach his cruiser. He will actually get out. Every. Single. Time. Just like you're trained to do.
