The box only provides so many frisbees, but at least you knock out a few of the swarming Grimer before they can take over the Pokemon Center. A few of them are distracted by the towel and doll and run off to chase them, leaving the building free for you to use.

The doll is about the size of a normal Pikachu. The box is about four feet wide, and four feet across.
