Why did Koki have to help Kame zip back his trousers?

The question, today is about Kame's trousers o_O
Really, everybody have seen the video where Koki, nice as always, helps Kame to zip back his trousers!! So why??
Is Kame's arm paralysed? No, because he can hold a microphone!
Was Kame too much speaking in the interview?? No,

Hi, sorry, I only noticed this now, but because it's about Kame (<3) and it's in English (<33), I feel compelled to reply.

I think I watched that on replay at least 100 times. :D Jin's complete lack of interest was a bit disturbing though.

Oh, and didn't the same thing happen to Ohno? I can't find the video right now though. =/ But write an explanation for that one too!
