Bakachi's Carbonara

Well, this recipe was requested by my sis earlier this night... I've had to substitute some stuff from the original carbonara recipes coz well, as a Muslims there are certain things we can't eat like bacon (ham) and white wine... So it may taste a bit different than the normal classic carbonara but at least it's close enough...

yay!! really? congrats!

it's really easy to make, but it's just that not many ppl know how to make it, at least from where i come from it's like that... so it took me a while and loads of asking around to figure out how it is done.. now i know how, so i'm sharing it with others too... yay!

pepper is the one thing which helps burn the fat you accumulated from eating it... all the other stuff just adds to your coronary blockage... XD

You can substitute the wine with water. Then again,that's only needed when you think the cream's too thick. If not, don't really need water or wine.

but fuji-chan, water isn't fatty enough... so i substitute water with milk... full cream milk... *ebil laughter*
