I just.....good God....I'm barely managing to shake myself out of the shock of this one. Did we seriously just loose Dokugakuji?!! Not that I've been a super big fan of him but still! Well, people's prediction of Nataku coming to fuck things up there was right on spot....to say the least.

What I really want to know is what is the exchange between Sanzo and Nataku. Then, Nataku obviously acknowledge Goku and he seems to totally recognize him, though no words were exchanged. It's going to be even harder to wait till the end of August ;___; why must sensei torture us so much. I hope at least we'll get a Saiyuki Ibun chapter.

I updated that bit finally if you haven't seen but basically Sanzo has no clue what/who Nataku is and Nataku can't answer him cuz he doesn't know himself... yeah I got a little teary at that D:
I personally didn't get the impression Nataku actually acknowledged Goku but yeah Goku seemed to only recognise him subconsciously and afterwards questioned just what exactly he was going to shout out to Nataku but then he gets rightfully distracted by the state Sanzo is in haha so he might make the connection later.

Just a benefit to living 5 mins walk from the nearest bookshop that sells Zerosum xD

We'll have to wait for some answers hopefully at the end of August. At least from looking at Goku's expression when he sees Nataku is like his forgotten memories were shaken and he definitely remembered something on a subconscious level. On another note, I'm happy to see Sanzo getting healed ;___; god he looked terribly hurt.

Then one more thing is bothering me even more....just who's hand are they getting played into? That last panel of the Sanzo Ikkou with the hand beneath...it's giving me shudders.

....I think right now I could use a bottle of that Sanzo sake, but I have no idea how to get my hands on that in crummy USA because of stupid laws.
