After being up way too late, I rolled out of bed way too early, got my friend Jen, and headed over to meet with Scumbag the Untrustworthy (aka the used car dealer). One of his minions led the way to this little hole-in-the-wall mechanic shop.

It was supposed to be finished by noon -- one by the latest. ( You just know it's not going to be that easy. )

They wouldn't be my first choice, but they're the ones the slimeball is willing to use, and I don't want to have to wait until I can sue and collect to fix my car, so I'm stuck.

The fact that the best that can be said about the manager's English is that it's better than my (left over from high school) Spanish didn't help. :(

(One of these semesters, I'm going to shiny up my Spanish, but I doubt it will be any time soon. Too much else going on.)
