My senior water quality capstone is holding an informational forum this Tuesday evening (that's March 3rd) at 6:30pm to discuss the EPA's decision to bury all reservoirs and add more filtration/chemicals to all systems in the country. According to the Portland Water Bureau burying out reservoirs will actually degrade our water quality, not enhance it, and potentially triple our water rates. Since most of the community doesn't know how awesome our water is, and they don't even know this is happening, we want to discuss the pro's and con's with you. Please come!
