It's a bit frightening to think that even in an area such as this, extreme violence can occur.
Just this morning, at approximately 2 am the police were contacted by the owner of M & J Billiards for assistance. It appears that, as far as I know so far, someone came in with a hatchet to attack the owner. Incase you guys are not aware of where it is, ( Read more... )

A) If there is more than 1 cop at the scene, obviously more shots willbe fired.
B) If a man is running at them with a weapon they are to shoot until the man ceases to charge them or drops his weapon. Some guys have beenknown to get shot and still go.
or C) They did use excessive force.
My bet is on all 3. There prolly was more than one and they all shot maybe 2 times each and could have waited one minute to check to see if the first round had hurt him enough to stop.
