If I hunch my shoulders, the shorts are longer than the tips of my fingers! I was just fooling with backgrounds - this one seemed appropriate.

Well, if you want to try and get the dress code revised on that basis, you can feel free to try. I'm not confident, though. :D I like it - my computer skills are minimal, so I'm always a bit amazed by people who can do stuff like that.
