Lex scans 2: Lex Wants You!

Here comes the second installment of Lex scans for the holidays (btw, is there a muslim equivalent of Christmas, or a different holiday celebrated around that time? Or is it just Christmas and Hanukah?), and for attaccabottoni in particular.

This time, there are scans from Young Justice and Superman/Batman, with pre-President Lex and President Lex.

Ahh, Lex goodness! Thank you!

Since Islam uses a lunar instead of a solar calendar, none of their holidays are truly attached to any particular time of year. A holiday that's in the winter now will be in the spring in a few decades.

Though a couple of years ago, I think that Christmas, the first day of Chanukah and Ramadan all happened on the same or close to the same day, which I thought was neat.

Other than that, I loved it. I giggled all the way through. Granted, that might not have been the purpose of the comic, but I get my kicks were I can.

You mean the random bolding of words? I dunno. Comics kinda have always done that. I guess it's a relic from when they were for kids, so that the text was easier to read. *shrugs*

I find Superman/Batman highly amusing, too *g*

Hahahahahahaha! Oh I LOVED that Superman/Batman book! Such a long time since I read it, and I borrowed a friends copy. Damn I need my own, because YES the gay!

And Lex made an awesome president, unable to go 10 min without establishing to anyone listening that he was 'Lex Luthor, president of the USA' *giggles* Oh Lex!

Love Lex's lovestruck blonde! Who can blame her? He's so buff and constantly changing shirts!

Also love the dumbfounded look on Amanda Waller's face when Lex kisses her. (And that Lex, the big romantic, has his eyes closed!)

I love the love-struck blonde, too. It's the comic acknowledging that, yes, President Luthor is dead sexy and awesome, no matter how evil.

Supes and Lex kind of are acting like divorced parents of Kon before the fact. Awww.

Superman would "love to" give what Lex wants? *squees*

I can't believe I would identify with a random White House intern-looking blonde. *sighs* Lucky girl extra. Especially since crazyjuiced!Lex goes about randomly kissing badass women. *SIGHS*

Superman's "love to" is pretty WTF. He shouldn't be enjoying this! He should be all grim and sad! Instead he's all, "yay, showdown! I'm gonna give it to you!" And then those creepy red eyes... *g*
