I have started swimming to try and improve the strength in my broken arm as it's horribly weak at the moment. I went twice last week and have just been this lunchtime

This is something that I need to take up. It's the best form of Exercise (Dread word...) that there is, being a good cardiovascular workout *without* placing damaging stresses on one's joints. The only potential downside to it is, as ever, Other People (those bastards!).
Best of luck a rapid return to Full Strength by the Arm. Right, I'm off to look for the times/prices list for my local SwimmyPool....
