Wow I'm just....I don't even know what to say. (ㅠ_ㅠ) this was so beautiful, so poetic, so perfect and I LOVE taohun (how did you know?!?!?) but I really love everyone of course and *gulps* Baekhyun just broke my heart here....I loved what you did with the motif of the bars, freedom, the sky, the way you began at the end and wove Baekhyun's past throughout - you literally wrote a whole lifetime into your story, a lifetime defined by fear but in the end, by love. There are so many things I loved about this story and I'm sorry, I'm having to comment on mobile which is really hard ;;; so I'm going to sound very scattered. I loved the way you mentioned the storm throughout and then at the end it was clearing, but into darkness. I loved the steampunk flavour and I really had no set steampunk concept that I wanted or anything - this was beautiful. I loved the dreams and Baekhyun's fear and the way he keeps mentioning people hunting hope, like hope is the magical white stag of fantasy - catch it and you will have your heart'so desire. I'm so
