We thought you weren't impressed with Haruka. What changed your mind?

Hm, I'm not sure actually. I read the first 3 volumes in 2009 and didn't think much of Akane as a heroine ( I gave the books away since I didn't intend to reread.) And I don't like the way she waffled between these guardians! I did and still do like the art, especially the chibis. Then I found out that I could borrow the books from public library, so I kept reading because of the art. I didnt' care about the story. It was unfortunate that I read volume 17 first and didn't read the part Akane grew gradually closer to Yohirisa in 15 and 16, and figured out by herself that Akram tricked her. So her character seemed to grow in those 2 volumes, I guess.
So, tldr;, volume 15 and 16 changed my mind because they concentrate more on Yohirisa, Akane, and Akram as characters, I think. I do like pretty art. I'm still not sure, that's why I want to read the whole series back to back again next year to see if I had changed my mind about the series.
