Wow, it was so long ago that we read those volumes that we can hardly remember. Remind us sometime when we're less busy and we can go back and look everything up.

- I enjoyed reading the end notes when the authors talked about their cats reminding me of double_dear's cats. They sat on keyboard or in front of the monitor refusing to budge when their owners were busy at work - or sat on the telephone pad while their owners were on the phone and punching the keys! :D
