Kiichi and the magic book #3badtzphotoNovember 26 2008, 06:27:26 UTC
Written and illustrated by Taka Amano
from CMX website: With various groups linking him to all sorts of prophecies, it looks like it's open season on Kiichi! Saku's ready to turn him over to the Researchers and Saame believes his own clan will regain their legendary wings with the help of an Oni. Meanwhile, all of Kiichi's companions seem to be gaining extra powers. And speaking of "extra," how will Kiichi handle three horns instead of one?
Some points: - Adventures continue with a new companion/protector Saame. - Kiichi is too naive at times, but he learns his lesson. - He seems to care for his friends very much. - Mototaro reminds me of Chiaki - they are accidental heros of the story and abused right and left by the authors or so they claim :) Glimpses of Mototaro's power. - Apparently, we'll get to meet Mototaro's father in #4. Can't wait to learn more about his past.

Bottom line, being an Oni isn't easy.
