Interesting Japanese book pick-ups! I would not have expected zombies from that cover, haha... Sorry it wasn't what you wanted to read!! I hope zombies don't become a bigger trend in Japan. Inaka no Kekkon sounds/looks cute :)

I should have paid attention to "don't judge the book by the cover" - ha ha. The title tells me nothing!!!! I think last year's trend was zombie, even Yutaka TACHIBANA's has a tankobon full of one shots on zombies "眠れない夜のおはなし" (Nemurenai Yoru no Ohanashi) which I didn't pick up even though I saw it because I knew what it was.

Haha, yeah, I'll pass on Sekai no Owari etc (thanks though). Zombies aren't really my thing either. I prefer pretty sparkles and flowers to grotesqueness. I may add Inaka no Kekkon to my shopping list though :) If so, we can discuss it in more detail if you'd like.
