I didn't know this until a few hours ago, but apparently Arlington suggests a time period when trick-or-treating should happen. This year I heard it was 5-8pm.

Also - I LOVE the outfit. And your hair looks beautiful! Is it a new cut?

Thanks! I did the bangs over the summer, it's probably been that long since I've seen you!

Good to know about Arlington. There was a party for little kids at a park by our house at 5pm, and when they were done there, they all fanned out into the neighborhood. Next year, we make a point of decorating, and have (more) candy ready by 4:30.

The dress came from a prom gown shop, the belt and jewelry are part of a set I had custom made for me by Gitane's Treasures. The veil is by peregrinekt
