Paying by the customer.
Anyone running a club should read this story - the PPCA tried the same thing a year or so back with hotels (i.e. where clubs are run) and lost, but this win could mean they will try again... and now have added ammo for when they do.
They were after $1-$2 per customer at clubs then, based on capacity NOT paying customers. So that venue that could hold 400-people would be charged at 400-people, not the 120 that might turn up.
The added cost wil either be worn by the venue (and passed onto the club) or cause the venue to stop hosting clubs.
